Once upon a time, Scotland Yard was located as shown below, but no longer.

10 DOWNING STREET

When Sandy was in London in the 1960's, you could walk right up to 10 Downing Street, but not in these days of heigtened security. Photo 2 shows some protesters that were close to 10 Downing.

FIRE MONUMENT

Photo 1 shows a picture of the Fire Monument - in rememberance of a huge fire that destroyed much of London in 1636. The other photos were taken from the top of the monument.
